The knowledge and technique used in making the panettone has been passed down from panettone maestri to their apprentices for centuries. Chef Pierre Henry carries on this time honored tradition. We are so proud to produce the original artisan version.
We use only fine wheat flour from Italy, pure creamery butter, egg yolks, cherry and orange from Italy, honey from the Ranch Vista del Mundo (Santa Barbara). Quality ingredients and traditional baking methods ensure that our customers will enjoy this authentic festive Italian specialty. Serves 8/10 people.
All of our products are made without perservatives and should be consumed within two weeks of the ship date.
Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, white chocolate, candied lemon, candied orange peel, raisins. The topping is made with hazelnut, almond, egg white, cornstarch , pearl sugar.
